Privacy
Your information, in plain words.
This site is built to help you think, not to collect data about you. Here is exactly what happens when you visit.

Who is responsible
This website belongs to Dr. Nizar Baidoun, Behavioral Strategist, based in Kuwait. For any question about your information, write to nizar@nizarbaidoun.com.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
On nizarbaidoun.com, I use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, so I can improve it. It counts things like:
- how many people visit, from which country, and on which type of device;
- how visitors arrive (for example from LinkedIn, a search, or a shared link) and how far they scroll;
- which buttons are used, such as booking a conversation, email, WhatsApp, or downloading a guide.
On your first visit, you can accept or decline these statistics. Visitors in Europe (the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland) are not counted unless they accept. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page, and your browser remembers the choice on your device.
These are counts, not profiles. IP addresses are anonymized, and I never receive your name or contact details through Analytics. Google Analytics uses small files called cookies to tell one visit from another. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time, or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
The 60-second diagnostic
The diagnostic runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to me, to Google, or to anyone else. Analytics only records that a diagnostic was completed, never what you answered or what your result was.
To greet you on a later visit, your browser keeps a short note on your own device, such as the name of the area where your signal was strongest. It never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Your Root Report PDF is created on your device. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send your profile to me by email or WhatsApp.
When you contact me
If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, or send a speaking inquiry, your message goes through that service and reaches me directly. I use what you send only to reply to you and to prepare our conversation. I do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Downloads and videos
The media and speaking kit, the Six Roots guide, and the contact card are ordinary files served from this site. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold from your messages, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to nizar@nizarbaidoun.com and I will reply personally.
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
